The Founder DR. Harinadha Reddy Kayam has been involving in promotion of education among rural poor, health and environmental development and renovation cum maintenance of temples, organize program for manual physical and society development for welfare of the people women and children concerned areas, also spending more time to support the rural people, old age people, deprived poor child and orphans with her own earnings, He is committed to the above task in fulltime.

Since incorporation, working as Secretary. She gives a lot of positive energy to the team, particularly when the team goes through a tough phase. She is an active member in all our child programs – her duty involves buying books and bags for the children at the beginning of the academic year, new clothes for the children during festivals, etc.

She oversees the financials of MSST to ensure proper accounting. Also, her other responsibility is to promote and implement various projects for women’s education & wellbeing, communities, and livelihood promotions etc.

Prior Experience: Ten years of experience in Direction Department and six years in Marketing

Since incorporation, working actively in all MSST programs. He is building social leadership thinking in rural youth, where they involve and rise to occasions based on their opinions and choices, rather than being influenced by the dominant narrative in society. He encourages youth to ask questions, hold their governments and institutions accountable, and ultimately become problem solvers and leaders who create the future they want for themselves.

Since Incorporation working as Honorable Member. Her primary responsibility is to motivate & involve people participation in various projects of Mana Samskruthi Seva Trust.

Prior Experience:Vivekananda computer education & training, 8 years experience, Coman service center (VLE), 9 years experience.
